He is a corporate officer and director of several publicly traded exploration and development companies. He directs all Amarc's strategic dealings and financings.

Paul Mann is an accredited public accountant in Canada. He has over 15 years of progressive experience in the mining sector. Since 2007 he has served as Director of Finance and Reporting for the Hunter Dickinson group of companies. He directs accounting and financing activities for Amarc.
