Bob Dickinson is an economic geologist and mining executive who has been active in mineral exploration for more than 40 years. He serves as both director and as part of the management for a number of public companies associated with Hunter Dickinson Inc. (HDI). As Executive Chairman of Amarc, he provides strategic oversight of corporate and project activities for the Company.

Ron Thiessen is a chartered accountant who, since the 1980s, has concentrated on the management and financing of public and private companies. He serves as both director and part of the management team for a number of HDI companies. For the past 10 years he has served as a director and President and CEO of Amarc, with a focus on financing and corporate development activities.

Diane Nicolson is an economic geologist who has been active in the international minerals exploration and mining industry for more than 20 years, working globally in both precious and base metals. As Executive Vice President of Amarc, she is responsible for strategic planning and corporate and project operations.

Paul Mann is a chartered accountant with more than 15 years of progressive experience in the mining sector, encompassing accounting, regulatory and securities compliance, reporting, treasury and taxation. He leads financial administration and reporting activities for Amarc.

Trevor Thomas has practiced in the areas of corporate commercial, corporate finance, securities and mining law since 1995, both in private practice and in-house positions. Previously, Mr. Thomas served as in-house legal counsel to Placer Dome Inc.

Mark Rebagliati is a senior exploration geologist who has been directly involved in several significant mineral deposit discoveries globally. He has managed worldwide exploration projects and quality control programs for HDI and its affiliated companies, including Amarc, for more than 25 years.

Jim Oliver specializes in global mineral deposit evaluations, encompassing early to advanced stage projects. He possesses expansive knowledge of a variety of mineral systems, with a particular emphasis on lithologic, structural and alteration mapping.

Sean Magee is a former journalist, speechwriter, media trainer and corporate communication consultant whose 20 year career includes more than 16 years' experience in natural resource development. He provides Amarc with strategic advice on public affairs and community engagement.
