Robert Dickinson
Executive Chair
Bob Dickinson is an economic geologist and mining executive who has been active in mineral exploration and mine development for more than 40 years. He serves as both director and as part of the management for a number of public companies associated with Hunter Dickinson Inc. (HDI). As Executive Chair of Amarc, he provides strategic oversight to corporate and project activities for the Company.
Dr. Diane Nicolson
President & CEO
Diane Nicolson is an economic geologist who has been active in the international minerals exploration and mining industry for more than 20 years, working globally in both precious and base metals. As President and CEO of Amarc, she is responsible for strategic planning and corporate and project operations.
Tom Wilson
Interim Chief Financial Officer
Tom Wilson is a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA-CA) with over 43 years of senior financial experience in areas of financial planning and management including corporate governance and securities compliance for both public and private companies. Within the junior mining sector, he has been the CFO for numerous private and public companies. Mr. Wilson is a graduate of PwC Canada.
Dr. Paul Johnston, P.Geo
Vice President, Exploration
Paul Johnston is a professional geoscientist who has been involved with international exploration for more than 30 years, with an emphasis on porphyry copper and hydrothermal gold systems. As Vice President, Exploration, he is responsible for planning and leading exploration programs at Amarc’s three district-scale porphyry copper-gold projects in British Columbia.
Trevor Thomas
Corporate Secretary
Trevor Thomas has practiced in the areas of corporate commercial, corporate finance, securities and mining law since 1995, both in private practice and in-house positions. Previously, Mr. Thomas served as in-house legal counsel to Placer Dome Inc.
Barry Coughlan
Director
Mr. Coughlan is a self-employed businessman and financier who has been involved in the financing of publicly traded companies for over 30 years. His principal occupation is President and Director of TBC Ventures Ltd., a private investment company.
Scott Cousens
Director
Scott Cousens focused on the development of relationships within the international investment community for over 25 years as Director Capital Finance for Hunter Dickinson Inc. Substantial financings and subsequent corporate success has established strong ties with North American, European and Middle Eastern investors. In addition to being a current director of Amarc, he was the Founder and Chairman of Fortius Sport & Health.
