Pinchi Joint Venture

The Pinchi porphyry copper-gold target is situated within British Columbia's Quesnel Trough, a geological trend that hosts a number of known copper-gold porphyry deposits, including the Kemess South mine, the Mt. Milligan mine development project, and the Kwanika and Lorraine deposits.

Some 280 metres of drilling in two holes was carried out at Pinchi in 2009. The program was designed to test coincident strong aeromagnetic and induced polarization geophysical anomalies underlying a region covered with glacial gravels and no outcrop. Results from the drill program are currently being assessed.

Amarc has entered into an Option Agreement with Lysander Minerals Corp. ("Lysander") on the Pinchi property. Under the terms of the Option Agreement, Amarc has the right to earn a 75% interest in the Pinchi property by funding $7.15 million in expenditures within five years.
